Supply Chain is a function within our airline organisation responsible for the timely and most economical availability of aircraft spares to support the TUI operation and maintenance activities. The Supply Chain function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation.As Material Supplier, your focus will be to develop, manage, and improve:Handling and providing all store-related functions, in an accurate, compliant, and efficient manner, including several expertise-areas such as Goods-In, Despatch, Material Movements and Issuing.In this role, you'll report to the Duty Material Supplier.The role entails a rolling shift pattern, encompassing morning, evening, night shifts, and weekends, with an average of 38 hours worked per week.**Applications close on 31st May**ABOUT THE JOBAs Material Supplier you'll be responsible for:Goods receiving - Receiving, checking, registering, and unpacking of all incoming deliveries. Ensure that goods are received and as registered into AMOS in line with EASA regulations.Goods receiving of aircraft parts in line with EASA regulation and company procedures.Checking paperwork and parts in an accurate and timely manner.Stores activities - Stores and picks aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment on a timely and safely manner. Ensure stores are arranged in a tidy, orderly, and safe manner and maintain security and integrityKeeping unserviceable and serviceable parts segregated from each other.Working to deadlines actioning pick-slips for the issue and return of spares from a bonded store.Building part preloads for aircraft hangar inputs.Maintaining accuracy of all inventories held in the stores through day-to-day diligence and stock audits.Goods return - Raise orders to return parts to contracted agencies or repair vendors. Organise all necessary paperwork and data-registration for returnRaise orders in Amos and attach to the shipment.Shipping activities - Shipping of spares worldwide. To ensure accurate and timely shipments, including shipping dangerous goods.Liaising with other departments & attend preload preparation and follow-up meetings. To ensure supply chain is aware and acts upon shortage.ABOUT YOURequired relevant working experience: previous experience of working in a logistic area.Stores & Shipping experience would be advantageous.Ability to obtain and hold an airside driving permit, S1 goods-receiving stamp, Dangerous Goods by air certificate & Forklift license.Good IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems is desirable.Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a constructive manner and in a shift rotation system.Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks without close supervision and with attention to detail.Ability to follow safety and security procedures.Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel.#LI-CP1 #LI-OnsiteABOUT OUR OFFER
