Job Description Location: Ebene
We are currently looking for Admin & Operation Coordinators for our clients based in the UK.
  • Liaising with clients in the UK to fulfil their staffing needs.
  • Rostering.
  • Compliance for staff and clients
  • Communicating constantly with clients and staff in the UK via phone, email and messaging platforms.
  • Performing administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Carrying out activities in relation to the recruitment of staff based in the UK.
  • Contacting clients to further develop the business.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
  • HSC Holders/Fresh Graduates.
  • Should be fluent in oral and written English.
  • Should be proactive and be able to multitask.
  • Should be able to work on their own and as part of a team as and when required.
  • Should be available to work odd hours on a shift system any 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
  • Should be computer literate.
  • With or without experience. Paid training will be provided.
  • Residing in Plaines Wilhems District
