Are you prepared to take a new step in your career?We have a golden opportunity for you to become the Improvement specialist for SD Worx Sweden and help the BPO unit to improve their way of work, act as support of our internal tools and secure quality in our Service Desk support as their team coordinator.What you will do:· Work with and support the BPO unit with internal tools such as ServiceNow, Uplus web, ICT reports and Talkdesk.· Be responsible for setting up new customers and make changes on existing ones in Uplus web and ServiceNow for invoicing and case management.· Help support the entire BPO unit with improvement work.· Document and follow up on implemented improvements.· Work with quality insurance in the Service Desk unit.· Help team managers with statistics and reports.· Act as the team coordinator for the BPO Service Desk team.Who you are :· You have good technical skills and are so-called “tech-savvy”.· You have a strong sense of quality and put a high value on delivering the best service possible.· You can se solutions and improvements where others see problems.· You are good at documenting and having a structured way of work.· You thrive on helping others making their workday better, easier, and more efficient.· You have an analytic mind and good knowledge of Excel.· You inspired others and have good leading skills.· It is an advantage if you have previously worked in our BPO Service Desk or other customer service.· You are fluent in Swedish and English· You are curious and service- minded.· You are a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude.We process applications on a continuous basis and close the job opening once the right candidate has been found.
