We need compassionate, reliable and experienced caregivers to help service his needs and be a positive influence in his life. The family is willing to pay extra for top talent!-Home health aides act as a bridge to independent living for many seniors as well as those with disabilities who may also require assistance with activities of daily living. From monitoring a client’s vital signs and physical or mental condition, to assisting with grooming, hygiene, and chores around the house, Home Health Aides allow clients to maintain the familiarity — and dignity — of living at home.Home Health Aid Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayFlexible Working HoursCompensation: $35/hrHome Health Aid Responsibilities:Help with general light housekeeping, including cooking mealsMake transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as neededCollect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersObserve and report on each client’s conditionStay up-to-date with home health aide training, policies and proceduresHome Health Aid Requirements:Previous experience as a home health aide preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAccess to reliable transportationCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) Certification preferred but not requiredMust be able to pass a criminal background check and provide referencesAbility to think and work both independently and with directionMust have exceptional personal hygieneMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerKnowledge of basic housekeepingWe are looking for caregivers who are compassionate and reliable. No formal training is required.
