Join us.Barbaricum seeks a Senior Web Content Analyst / SharePoint Administrator (Front End) experienced with Knowledge Management (KM) and web development best practices for information sharing. This role will contribute to improving the digital production, business processes, and information flow of USSTRATCOM J2 products and processes within the J2 organization. Specifically, this role will support USSTRATCOM intelligence processes critical to near-term, mid-term, and far-term efforts for the Command, components, and partner DoD organizations.Barbaricum currently supports the USSTRATCOM J2 and J6 organizations providing data science and software engineering services in support of USSTRATCOM intelligence missions and network engineering for C4 Systems. This position, contingent upon contract award, will expand Barbaricum's presence in Omaha.Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist the Government on best practices for information sharing to support day-to-day operations, crises, and exercises with a focus on improving the USSTRATCOM J2 presence in the IC on multiple computer network systems
  • Advise and assist USSTRATCOM J2 KM program with the development of USSTRATCOM J2, Command and IC KM initiatives, requirements, policies, procedures and guidelines for implementation throughout the USSTRATCOM J2 organization to increase awareness of KM initiatives in the Command and throughout the IC.
  • Design and create SharePoint sites and pages as well as recommend improvements to existing sites and pages
  • Assist USSTRATCOM J2 Division KM Representatives with developing out of the box (OOB) and customized SharePoint 2019 / O365 skills and techniques
  • Ensure custom features will not collide with OOB SharePoint code, ensure stability, minimize downtime, and ensure interoperability
  • Advise and assist the Government with improving the business processes, automating the collection, organization, dissemination and archival of products within the USSTRATCOM J2 organization on multiple computer network systems
  • Advise and assist with creating new and updating existing USSTRATCOM Intelligence KM Enterprise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Advise and assist on the synthesis and synchronization of USSTRATCOM J2 products with the intention of the websites being utilized as a major source for information sharing, dissemination, collaboration and decision making
  • Assist in providing training and education on KM principles, policies, guidelines, tools, and processes to the USSTRATCOM J2 workforce
Qualifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) access
  • Possess at least ten (10) years' experience supporting office and business process automation using a variety of business productivity tools such as O365 or similar to collate data and streamline processes
  • Possess at least three (3) years' experience creating, reviewing and re-organizing websites to increase the organization's information sharing, dissemination, collaboration and decision making capabilities
  • Possess at least three (3) years' SharePoint 2019 / O365 development experience, knowledge of SharePoint 2019 / O365 and Software Development Lifecycle or Systems Engineering Lifecycle
  • Possess at least three (3) years' experience reviewing existing code and configuration to determine how to best troubleshoot and make enhancements
  • Possess at least (3) three years' experience providing training and educating customer base on applications, to include documentation such as training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts
  • Possess at least (3) three years' experience using technology to streamline unique business processes for the overall benefit of an organization
  • Demonstrated experience with Information Management (IM) / KM intelligence tools, processes, and activities is highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience supporting USSTRATCOM is highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a DoD J2 or similar intelligence organization is highly desired
