Sales Project Manager

- Establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with a key client, exploring sales opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinating closely with the company's manufacturing and other internal departments to execute projects seamlessly from sale to implementation.
- Working with CRM systems and data (Salesforce) proficiently.
- Participating in business trips and exhibitions, with travel to Estonia or Latvia occurring no more than once every three months.
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients as required.
- Previous experience of at least 1.5 years in a similar position involving project manager/account manager duties is required.
- Previous experience in the retail or manufacturing field is essential, as technical drawings will be encountered.
- Must have a driver's license and own a car. A car usage agreement will be arranged, and work-related expenses will be covered.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- An active, innovative, and result-orientated salesperson.
- Preferably, the candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities and envision themselves in a managerial position later in the future.
