- Work with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements in alignment with business goals, objectives and key results in order to drive forward movement that supports the alignment of business needs with Salesforce build
- Evaluate existing business processes against industry standards, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate conversations with the business to drive actionable change in alignment with stated priorities and key results
- Own closing the documentation gap that currently exists in this space: from user stories to process flows to supporting background materials

- Project management: plan, schedule, and track multiple and sometimes competing initiatives and be able to prioritize
- Technical: solid grasp of SDLC, platform capabilities, best practices for development, and the translation between requirements and design
- Business: understand industry trends and regulations, ONB-specific practices, and key business processes
- Relationships: build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders to collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented: press for more detail and constantly seek to understand more context; be able to effectively incorporate the context into projected solutions
- Solid grasp of banking processes
- Familiarity with banking products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- History of working with Salesforce as a tool
- Salesforce Admin certified; or, alternately: Ability to pass a Salesforce Admin certification exam within the first 4 months of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and project management skills to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives
- Healthy, granular backlog of stories
