Job DescriptionYOUR MISSION:RESPONSIBILITY 1 - I am the TEAM LEADER
- Develop industrial EXPERTISES on shoes and industrialization to accompany the strong acceleration of Vietnam business.
- Multi-culture management - create a good environment to strengthen collaboration & enable common-ressources from China/France/Vietnam
- Construct & recruit the Team for local projects needs.
- Develop team competency with module leaders or referents, etc, along all the way start from integration induction.
- Accompany & empowering teammates for career development through the coach posture: entrust,listening,supportive, etc.
- Manage the remuneration for the reward & recognition.RESPONSIBILITY 2 - I am the PROJECT Animator & Collaborator
- Ability to unite the Vietnam team with China team, and find the right principles of decision for value creation of Decathlon United.
- Lead or accompany & facilitate the project with good methodology to ensure the project success.
- Co-build the project locally or through the network to make the task excellency or meaningful. (Ex: Run/Build/Explore)
- Executive or collaborate for the project progression on track.RESPONSIBILITY 3 - I am the PERFORMANCE Driver
- Be the requestor of resources or conditions of success, ability to plan the future conditions of performance.
- Drive the 3P Performances with team & module leaders for value creation. (Ex:Performance/Profits/Planet)
- Promote teammates working efficiency in order to improve or optimize continuously. (Ex: Support to reduce Non added value task, or decision on Investment needed, etc)
- Cultivate & inspire teammates on CI culture as action drivers & solution providers for performance oriental.RESPONSIBILITY 4 - I am the SUPPLIER PANEL Leader
Developing supplier autonomy for the best of the breed. (Ex: capabilities, efficiencies, or management ,etc.)
Ensure of supplier panel compliance & desirability per purchase strategies. (Ex: build the best taxonomy,sourcing, opening & closing by evaluation and decision, etc)
Collaborate with a smooth supplier relationship maintenance for sustainable business.RESPONSIBILITY 5 - I am the DIVISION Ambassador & TRANSFORMATION Booster
Be the representative & put management essentials into practice every where & every day.
Anticipate the risk in terms of human, health & safety,etc …
