Job Description:1. Develop and implement water technology strategy, roadmap and manage tracking its implementation at the business level, proactively identify technical requirements and value creation opportunities in water technology & lead the technical aspects in specialisation with respect to project and improvement initiatives at the business level.2. Provide technical guidance and solutions in water technology for trouble shooting, problem diagnostics, technical audits and benchmarking, project risk assessment at the business & provide technical solutions on base & key technologies for specific issues / potential problems (e.g., reliability / integrity improvement, bad actor resolution, etc.)3. Participate in the development / review / enhancement of technical capability development tools, e.g. Technology Inventory & Ruler (TI&R), Skill Inventory & Ruler (SI&R) and Skill Development Matrix (SDM) & participate in the development / review of training requirements, modules and conduct training in the area of specialization.4. Acquisition of technology or best practices and contribute to organisation and profession & network with Internal as well as external technical experts at national level for continuous technical development and advancement in specialisation.5. Participate in Community of Practice (CoP) and Improvement Working Group (IWG) and share knowledge of best practices within the industry and higher learning institutions & participate in in-house and national level fraternity for technical presentations / papers.Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related engineering discipline

Requirement:

Minimum 12 years relevant working experience in developing, implementing, and managing water technology solutions across various project lifecycles.
