Senior Program Financial Planner

- Serve as a planning liaison to the FOF Portfolio Implementation Branch (PIB).
- Coordinate and/or facilitate regional planning meetings, Requirements Review Meetings (RRMs) and project transition meetings as required.
- Perform Order of Priority List (OPL)/MCACON/opportunity/requirements data management.
- Produce planning related products such as Spend Plans, Resource Allocation Plans (RAP), Capital Facilities Investment Plans (CFIP) by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Serve as the coordinator for special initiatives (GSA Consolidation Fund Build, Chief Readiness Support Officer (CRSO) Efficiency Efforts, Port Hardening, Firing Ranges, CBP Vehicle Telematics, Migrant Protection Protocols Immigration Hearing Facilities (MPP IHF) Efforts, etc).
- Attend and contribute to monthly Field Office calls (data, project updates, funding or priority status).
- Continuously inform and educate stakeholders on planning processes.
- Perform other related duties needed to achieve customer mission success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years related work experience is required
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity
- Motivated self-starter
- Excellent written and oral and written communications skills
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data.
- Ability to read/interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.
- The ability to work effectively with a group or independently.
- Advanced organizational and leadership skills.
- The ability to effectively manage several projects at one time.
- DHS or CBP experience is preferred, but not required
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess US Customs Background Investigation clearance.
