Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Manage and oversee litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings involving the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and assess legal implications of business strategies and initiatives.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure the company's compliance and proactive risk management.
Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the company's legal framework and operational efficiency.

Job Requiremnts

At least 8 years of PQE.
Has work in corporate law firm and in house legal experience is required.
Qualified and called to the Malaysian bar.
Strong communication skills.
