  • Execute assigned tasks with precision and proficiency.
  • Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors regarding task progress.
  • Uphold our commitment to delivering top-quality products by embodying a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and instructions to assemble various components, including cable and electronic assemblies.
  • Utilize assembly tools and techniques effectively, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing refined assembly procedures.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in RF connector/cable assembly, unit, and chassis level assembly, cable dressing, electronics manufacturing, or wire soldering.
  • Proficiency in working with hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to solder under a microscope with precision.
  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for following detailed instructions and meeting product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of initiative and dedication to mission success.
Experience That Sets You Apart (But Not Required):
  • Experience in metal fabrication, including manual or CNC mill operation, drill press, sheet metal brake, and more.
  • Familiarity with SMT rework procedures.
  • Previous leadership experience.
