Responsibilities :
  • Provide quality sales administrative support to salesman.
  • Routine coordination with related internal departments.
  • Handle daily sales team documentation and documents management.
  • Daily sales operation arrangement and system data entry.
  • Support marketing department to handle sales related matter
  • Support trade show coordination
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.
Requirement :
  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years or above experience in sales admin field
  • Experience in SAP system
  • Knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel (Vlook-up)
