In this role, we are looking for Expert Delivery Manager.Responsibilities

Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders.
Providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
Work with the sales team to find new clients.
Ensure the contract is carried out correctly.
Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
Work with sales teams to generate new business.
Prepare reports on project performance.
Manage engagement strategy.
Track and manage all engagement metrics.
Manage and monito engagement budge.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
Project management experience
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented approach
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Sharp business acumen
Problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Masters’ Degree or equivalent
Background in sales and customer service is added advantage.
