Our client is seeking a VIP Experience Manager for the Norwegian market to ensure top-tier players receive an exceptional gaming experience.Are you an energetic individual fluent in Norwegian, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships with high-value players? This opportunity might be ideal for you!As the VIP Experience Manager for Norway, collaborating closely with our Lifecycle team, you'll be instrumental in supporting our elite customers. Your responsibilities will involve providing personalized assistance, tailored promotions, and exclusive rewards to enhance player satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and evolving them into brand advocates.
Proactively engage with VIP players through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Establish enduring relationships with players by offering personalized support and addressing any concerns.
Monitor player activity to identify opportunities for enhancing their gaming experience.
Collaborate with internal departments to create targeted campaigns for VIP players.
Analyze customer segments and suggest optimizations based on data.
Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure our VIP experience remains competitive.

Note: This role offers flexibility, with the option to work from our client's lively office in Malta (Hybrid) or remotely.Requirements:Desired Qualities:

Fluency in Norwegian with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within the online casino industry and familiarity with the Norwegian market.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with high-value players.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and effective task prioritization.
