- Collaborate with internal departments to create targeted campaigns for VIP players.
- Analyze customer segments and suggest optimizations based on data.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure our VIP experience remains competitive.
- Fluency in Norwegian with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the online casino industry and familiarity with the Norwegian market.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with high-value players.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
