Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer/SEO Specialist. The Web Developer/SEO Specialist will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design. They will work on improving the website user experience, optimizing content for search engines, and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. The role also involves collaborating with the team to develop and maintain web applications and troubleshoot any technical issues. Roles and responsibilities Back-End Web Development, Front-End Development, and Web Development skills Programming skills Web Design skills Experience with SEO techniques and best practices Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages Familiarity with content management systems and web analytics tools Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website Implementing and maintaining high quality SEO policies and incorporating them with web content Collecting and analysing data on website usage to improve performance Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations Research and analyze competitor advertising links Develop and implement link building strategy Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field Proven SEO experience Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Proven working experience in web programming Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools Please do not bother to apply if you do have time analyse CARE WITH US Website: www.carewithus.com.au This job will be contract based from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Melbourne timings.
