Your role will involve systems development, project management, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication within the team, problem-solving, and providing support and feedback across the organization. This is primarily a remote position, with periodic in-person meetings.DutiesKey Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will play a central role in driving our business forward, with responsibilities allocated as follows:? Operational Oversight: This is the primary role. Report directly to the CEO to ensure daily operations align with our strategic objectives.
? Key Processes: Developing, documenting, improving
? Workflows: Analyzing, streamlining, and automating whenever possible
? Business Metrics: Collaborate with the CEO for periodic reviews.
? Project Management: Executing project management software to ensure deadlines are met.
? Meeting Coordination and Management: Facilitate weekly staff meetings, individual meetings, and monthly planning sessions.
? Team Communication: Keep the team aligned through regular communication channels.
