Identifying their business challenges, use cases, interests, and preferences Participating actively in translating customer/market needs into new feature development in our SaaS product Measuring the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs), and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them Building, training, and leading a world-class marketing team This Role Requires: Engagement Type: Full time Permanent position on the client payroll Payroll and Compliance will be managed by SocialPilot 10+ years of marketing experience, major experience working SaaS companies targeting small and medium sized enterprises Must have solid understanding of Inbound Marketing Prior experience in the B2B/ SaaS setup in the US markets Decent understanding of content marketing and SEO. Must understand different formats of content, starting from short form content (social media post, web copies, etc.) to long form content (blogs, articles, e-books, white papers, case studies, etc.) Should be able to strategies the 360 degree marketing campaigns and execute it efficiently to reach the target audience from multiple platforms and channels. Prior hands on experience working on performance marketing activities Ability to understand the importance of branding and should be able to build strategic campaign around it Must have experience in evaluating team performance based on their KRA/KPI, guide & motivate them to achieve the same Ability to lead a team of 10+ people, mentor them time to time and grow the team eventually Must be able to communicate well and work with cross functional teams How to apply for this opportunity Register or login on our portal & fill out the application form.
