Internal Sales Executive (B2B) – Commercial Products – Tamworth – Basic £28-30k + commissions (excellent OTE) – Immediate Start - Monday – to Thursday 08.15 – 17.00, Friday 15.00An opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive has become available with our client in Tamworth who are an established manufacturer and market leader.Main Role Responsibilities:As Internal Sales Executive you will support the Sales & Service Manager with generating business through new and exiting commercial clients. This target driven role will make use of the company CRM and work closely with the external BDM team to convert enquiries into orders and prospects into clients. Using your excellent B2B customer handling skills and professional style, you will explore all sales opportunities and provide a first class sales service to both new and established customers.The below indicates the wider role responsibilities you may see on a typical day;Example role expectations:-
  • Handling client enquiries via email and calls Telephone Account Management
  • Target Driven and able to perform under pressure.
  • Maintain high levels of proactive communication with customers and wider business.
  • Use of CRM database and updating to maximise information
  • Building on sales and pipeline leads.
  • Competent and comfortable with closing sales.
  • Fulfil customer order via Phone, email and portal.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, annual KPI reports as and when required.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • 2 years in a sales / BD role or similar – this will be explored at interview.
  • Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail
  • The ability to listen and negotiate with customers
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • MS Office skills and experience – Essential
