- Handling client enquiries via email and calls Telephone Account Management
- Target Driven and able to perform under pressure.
- Maintain high levels of proactive communication with customers and wider business.
- Use of CRM database and updating to maximise information
- Building on sales and pipeline leads.
- Competent and comfortable with closing sales.
- Fulfil customer order via Phone, email and portal.
- Produce weekly, monthly, annual KPI reports as and when required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 2 years in a sales / BD role or similar – this will be explored at interview.
- Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail
- The ability to listen and negotiate with customers
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team
- MS Office skills and experience – Essential
