- Develop and assign work schedules for the mechanical team and subcontractors.
- Plan and organize daily tasks efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling of mechanical materials and equipment during installation.
- Maintain safety standards and comply with mechanical codes and permits.
- Oversee installation of mechanical equipment like chillers, AHU, pumps, etc
- Review work procedures, method statements etc
- Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure workflow and avoid clashes
- Supervise on site mechanical operations, highlighting issues as they arise
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Mechanical qualification
- Previous Data Centre experience
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
