- Develop and implement employee experience projects and programs that attract and retain top talent across all channels with focus on core strategic areas.
- Collaborate with other People & Culture colleagues, the Talent Acquisition, and Communications team to ensure consistent information flow and alignment of the Employer Brand across all touchpoints.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and motivations of current and potential employees and develop messaging and programs that resonate with them.
- Manage and execute project and program budget assigned.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer experience initiatives and use data to inform future strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and recruiting teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding and share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
- Professional experience in the areas of marketing / employer branding project management.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively when interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
- Managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project.
- Creating comprehensive strategies for project completion, including timelines and problem-solving approaches.
- Keeping the team engaged and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
