- Drives the development of sales objectives in collaboration with the Director, Sales for Architectural Specialties.
- Generates and distributes accurate and timely sales results reporting to various levels of the organization.
- Builds tracking tools to enable the broader Sales Team to easily understand their progress towards achieving objectives.
- Collaborates with the Pricing Team to develop, manage, and report on sales KPIs, including quoting, order-intake, backlog, and the impact of price changes.
- Builds, manages, and maintains selling expense budgets.
- Manages and maintains customer level reporting across a variety of legacy ERPs.
- Owns customer segment results for quarterly external reporting.
- Supports future M&A to integrate commercial reporting into legacy business.
- Leverages digital technology to recommend, develop, and implement changes to continually improve processes and drive standardization.
- Builds and presents executive level presentations.
- Completes ad hoc projects to identify and drive areas of risk and strategic opportunity.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to ascertain the reasonableness and accuracy of information.
- Expertise in SAP / BW / OneStream environment. Familiarity with Tableau preferred.
- Advance capability in MS Office Suite - particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other groups within the company.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities; must be an initiative-taker and take the initiative in completing projects and assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to share knowledge at appropriate levels of the organization.
- Customer focused with strong attention to detail and capable of delivering accurate, quality results in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
- Strong people skills, including the ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all levels of personnel.
- Relentless focus on eliminating inefficiencies through process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related area of study is required.
- MBA, desired but not required.
- 3 - 5+ years of financial reporting and/or public accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP, OneStream, Business Warehouse, and Tableau a plus.
