This role requires excellent people skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong track record in commercial construction projects.Responsibilities:- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans- Develop and manage estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects- Work collaboratively with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomouslyQualifications:- 5-7+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects- B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred- Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely mannerHow to Apply:Our client is ready to hire immediately!
