- Lead the region to revenue & gross margin growth, target ~$80M
- Provide executive leadership for the region by building comprehensive regional business plans and ensuring thorough alignment of that plan in a highly matrixed company structure.
- Building and leading a scalable regional team that is focused on customer relationship management, expansion of NTT DATA services within the account(s) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Actively lead/drive with Sales to hunt for new accounts.
- Leverage Sales, Practice, Operations and leadership support to drive the business.
- Actively delegate to matrixed delivery teams on accounts
- Coach and guide client partner talent to scale accounts as appropriate.
- Set client expectations around the value NTT DATA Launch will deliver and manage the team to exceed those expectations.
- Manage team expectations and delivery related escalations; Build key talent and leadership within the engagement teams.
- Drive adherence to the Delivery Process as part of standard delivery management.
- 15 years of experience in a services-based firm (IT services, Consulting, Agency)
- 12 years of experience leading customer engagement/account teams with responsibilities for P&L oversight, account strategies, negotiating service level agreements, and delivery performance
- 12 years of experience providing strategic direction and oversight related to new business development, driving related sales strategies, and overall revenue in excess of $30M
- 10 years experience advising B2C and B2B executive suites regarding customer engagement strategies and integration of emerging technology
- Prior experience to include supporting customers in Banking/Financial Services and/or Pharmaceutical vertical
