- Review and process insurance claims for current policyholders to ensure timely resolution and monitor existing claims status
- Utilize various marketing strategies to generate leads and promote insurance products, attracting new customers
- Conduct consultations to assess potential clients' insurance needs, risk factors, existing coverage, and financial status, providing personalized service
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and bookkeeping to ensure up-to-date paperwork
- Perform customer service tasks including onboarding new clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries about billing, coverage, and policies
- To excel in this role, prior experience in health insurance or life insurance is advantageous
- Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential for success in this position
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is a requirement for applicants
- Holding an active Life & Health insurance license is highly beneficial, or willing to obtain
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in customer service or as a sales representative
