- Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tag out and electrical safe work practices.
- Operation of forklift and man lift.
- Proper commissioning of all critical plant assets includes the responsibilities of creating and updating bill of materials for critical plant assets.
- Maintain and organize files for equipment service records, PM logs, process control logs, and general information.
- Organize and maintain filing system and maintenance library, machine manuals, and training materials.
- Establish preventive / predictive maintenance inspection tasks and critical spare parts.
- Organize, plan, and maintain the work order database system.
- Generate reports as required to support the Maintenance Department.
- Planning and scheduling of maintenance work with Maintenance supervisor.
- Maintain a system for processing items that need repairs by outside vendors.
- Adapt and promote lean manufacturing principals.
- Active participant in the Elimination of Waste Team meetings.
- Provides administrative support for the Maintenance department.
- Other assignments as required by the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
- Able to work with CMMS systems.
- Able to work with crib attendant(s) to ensure proper parts are stored and ordered as well as proper min -max are in stock.
- Adapt and promote lean manufacturing principles.
- Active participant in the Elimination of Waste Team meetings.
- Support the Company’s Goals and Objectives.
- Responsible for supporting the team goals of the assembly, and press departments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Some college is preferred, or education in the skilled trades, or pursuit of coursework in mechanical, industrial, or electrical Maintenance.
- Requires extensive computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, and MS Word a must.
- Must be well organized and able to work with skilled trades associates.
- Requires be able to work with trades associates to determine what is needed.
- Requires getting parts that are needed for work orders, or PM’s.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance preferred.
- Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria.

- Two years planning and scheduling maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in MRO purchases supporting maintenance and facilities.
- Understanding of inventory management with min/max levels.
- Vendor management in planning and scheduling external services.
- Prior experience as TPM Coordinator or similar role desired.
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance or Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical experience knowledge preferred.
- Requires extensive computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, and MS Word a must.
- CMMS Systems / SAP
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Work may require extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, stooping, and performing repetitive motion tasks.
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with continuous exposure to noise.
- Must be able to work necessary overtime if required.
