Supply Chain/Obsolescence Management Associate Manager

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the team in defining technical solutions
- Leading the team to define executable technical plans including project scope and objectives, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reporting, and success criteria
- Managing team resources within allocated budgets and performing earned value management for team activities
- Identifying and addressing issues, risks and opportunities
- Interacting with senior leadership, program management, development, customers, and stakeholders
- Overseeing development of proposal inputs that correctly estimate required resources needed to achieve program goals, on schedule and per process
- Performing personnel management tasks including staffing, training, assigning and directing work, and conducting performance reviews. Will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members.
- Experience with Obsolescence Management
- Experience with Supply Chain Systems integration
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES's) integration
- Demonstrate knowledge and leadership in languages including Java, Angular, SQL
- Demonstrate understanding of Agile Software Development processes
- Experience working across multiple disciplines, departments, or teams
- Knowledge of Visual Basic/VBA
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of Databases with the ability to integrate data into solutions.
- Knowledge of API development (REST webservices/JSON)
- Knowledge of working with servers and data shares for product deployment
