- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports.
- The ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proven experience in transport planning.
- A Manager's CPC qualification.
- Good IT skills including data analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle logistics operations in a high-pressure environment.
