● 5+ years of experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Products and Power Platform, with a strong focus on Finance and Operations.
● Excellent oral and written skills in English, other language skills highly valued.
● Experience with writing automated tests and implementing continuous integration and delivery.
● Strong understanding of web security and best practices.
● Diligent, reliable and proactive.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● A strong desire to continually develop new and up-to-date skills that bring value to South Pole's technology roadmap.Desired -● Practical experience in a start-up/scale-up environment.
● Experience with microservices architecture (e.g. Kubernetes).
● Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
● Experience using Copilot
