Job Title: Compliance AnalystDepartment: Quality Assurance EngineeringJob Overview:The Compliance Analyst manages and maintains Unigen compliance programs. Reports to Sr. Manager, QE and QA Located in Newark, CAPrimary Job Responsibilities:1. ESG Program Management and Oversight
  • Collect and review ESG compliance data from Unigen’s subsidiaries and functional teams to collect, review data and ensure implementation of ESG policies
  • Conduct ESG audits for Unigen
  • Maintain and respond to checklists on RBA and Ecovadis Portals
  • Manage membership of RBA and Ecovadis
  • Complete, update and submit ESG questionnaires
  • Prepare the Annual ESG Report and continuously study and improve the ESG Program.
2. ESG Reporting and Documentation
  • Report of ESG activities and compliance measures in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze ESG data and trends to identify areas for improvement and compliance enhancement and report findings
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any compliance issues or deficiencies
  • Prepare the Annual ESG Report and continuously study and improve the ESG Program.
3. Manage the Compliance Program
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the ITAR compliance system and process according to Unigen ITAR policy
  • Develop, maintain, and manage Unigen compliance systems and processes against RoHS, REACH, CMRT, TSCA, Prop65 regulations covering Unigen products
4. Document Control Responsibilities
  • Perform document control functions in Oracle PLM, including processing and maintaining Change Orders
  • Maintain Post Bill of Materials (BOM) comparisons between Customer BOM and Oracle PLM BOM
  • Support Compliance Engineer in maintaining datasheets and AML part numbers.
Other duties and responsibilities related to Compliance Analyst as assigned.Job Qualifications: * BA or BS in finance, business management, or similar field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a compliance environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Product compliance such as RoHS, CMRT, REACH, TSCA, Prop65, and/ or ESG.
  • Strong computer skills such as Microsoft office, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
Salary Range: 80,000K - 95,000K/ Year
