  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand clients' goals, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic digital solutions.
  • Engage actively with clients to address evolving needs and explore growth opportunities.
Digital Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with clients on digital marketing objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct deep market research, analyzing trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Identify new digital opportunities and propose innovative ideas for enhanced online presence and results.
Project Management and Delivery:
  • Oversee end-to-end digital project execution, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, development, analytics) for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and offer insights and recommendations to clients.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment, collaborating across teams for client success.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, sharing relevant insights with the team and clients.
Ideal ProfileIdeal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar role in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, web analytics).
  • Strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for conveying complex ideas.
  • Strategic mindset, skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Track record of building lasting client relationships, emphasizing satisfaction and retention.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools/platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, social media tools, project management).
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and guide team members.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry trends and emerging technologies.
