Your roleWhat you'll be doingCorpay^ is currently looking to hire an Employee Experience Partner within the CCS Employee Experience division. This position falls under our CCS line of business based in Prague, Czech Republic.This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days a week onsite (some flexibility to work from home) and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmIdeal candidate must speak Czech and English.Key Accountabilities:Partner closely with the Employee Experience Managers to build and execute a world class employee journey.Supporting employees and managers in HR practices across all Corpay^ business areas and locations especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, employee relations, on boarding & off boarding, processes in HRIS (amongst other areas).Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.Where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the VP Employee Experience EU, India and APAC, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders.Report on project progress and status.Conducting HR assessments and making recommendations considering employee experience.Make recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes.Design, coordinate, and facilitate HR project team meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of meeting discussion, and follow up items/ongoing communication about project decisions and status reports.Skills and experience we’d like you to have:Czech Language is a must.Service-minded and enjoys being in the front line working directly with colleagues and stakeholders.HR project management experience.Experience with Workday is essential.Ability to work across a matrix environment and happy to work across a global business with multiple time zones.Foresee issues before they arise and continuously work to ensure conflicts or disengagement does not happen.Exposure to business mergers and acquisitions and the HR integration planning required.Strong collaboration and influencing skills at all levels.Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and coaching.Proactive approach to problem solving and solutions oriented.Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to frequent change and growth.A sense of humourNice to have:Experience in providing support for multiple countries (shared services).Experience working with a US based organization that has international satellite office locations.Experience in HR transformation & change programs across countries.Experience with HRIS implementations in multiple countries.Benefits:Benefits available already during the probation period:Meal allowance: you will receive 99 CZK gross per working day directly to your bank account5 weeks of vacation per yearDog-friendly office.After the probation period you are eligible for the rest of the benefits package:3 sick days2 free days, that you could take after using up all your vacation time2 Volunteer daysVariable system of benefits: 13200 CZK per annum, which you could use for Multisport, Retirement insurance contributions, or Cafeteria benefits accountMassages in the workplace – Corpay^ covers half of the priceSpecial pricing offer for T-Mobile tariff for personal useSpecial price for fuel through our fuel cardsGift for wedding or registered partnership Gift for life jubilees and work milestonesReferral bonusesBirthday breakfastSport activities for our employeesOnline educational coursesFresh fruit in the office every TuesdayChristmas party#INDINT#LI-SI1About CorpayCorpay is a global technology organisation that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
