- We are hiring immediately for an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES position.

- Schedule: Full time; schedule may vary - predominantly days and will provide support events as needed
- Details: The food service operations include residential dining, retail dining, and catering operations including an All-You-Care-To-Eat location, 2 coffee cafes, a C-store market, and a campus spirit store. The assistant director of dining services will have responsibilities for the coffee bars, the campus spirit store, and support in residential dining.
- Requirement: Must have previous retail cafe or hospitality experience, and customer service experience
- Reports to: Director of Dining Services
- Pay Range: $65,000-70,000 per year
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food.
- Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
- Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
- Manages, trains, and develops associates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial experience and business acumen skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
- Associate’s degree is preferred.
