- Technical Expertise: Provide technical engineering knowledge and support to customers in the Water Management Products market.
- Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and expand business in Thailand.
- Marketing Initiatives: Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of all products and achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical engineering knowledge and support to customers in the Water Management Products market.
- Support customers with technical problem-solving and provide solutions.
- Assist in developing business plans and lead sales targets for existing and new customers/markets in Thailand.
- Enhance sales strategy formulation and execution for key sales channel partners.
- Manage customer accounts, including receivables collection, pricing, and budgeting, to optimize financial performance.
- Define market structures and segments, identify targets, and develop distribution partners and customers.
- Establish the organization's brand in the market based on innovation, value, technical support, service, and quality.
- Manage market opportunity pipeline and incoming project business for Water Business Channels in Thailand.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of all products and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing/selling water management business or related fields.
- Proven sales track record and strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS16949.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
