Your responsibilities: Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of new and existing products and manufacturing processes. Facilitate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) workshops. Collaborate with all departments involved in development of new product or manufacturing process. Lead reviews of manufacturing processes using Process FMEA. Ensure high quality of whole FMEA activity and correct application of the method. Coach the development team in FMEA method. Consult on order related projects with regard to quality improvement opportunities. Introduce innovative solutions and ideas to improve design and process. Share expertise and knowledge between different development sites. Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your background: Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Materials Science, and related). 5+ years of experience in a technical role (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or R&D). Relevant experience in quality management system methods, including FMEA Experience in power transformer design and manufacturing is a plus. Knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques. Experience working in a fast paced, continually changing environment. Analytical skills to analyze technical data, identify trends and define priorities for process improvement. Selfmotivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects. Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully multi-task. Intellectually curious. Self-aware. Open and receptive to feedback. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
