- Find homes that meet buyer clients criteria and budget to generate sales faster.
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants basing on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.
- Active California real estate license required
- Proven track record of successful sales and achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client's schedules
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
