- Maintain and administer Levante system -ensuring its availability, reliability, and security.
- Configure system settings and workflows to align with CCL processes and requirements.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct system audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.
- Collaborate with department heads, technicians, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve defects promptly.
- Coordinate training sessions for users (Ship and Shore) to ensure proper usage of the defect tracking system.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns to identify underlying causes and potential areas for improvement.
- Implement measures to mitigate risks associated with critical areas and security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to defect management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Discipline/Major: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: Proven experience in system administration, preferably in a facility management or maintenance environment.
- Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Familiarity with facility management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or CAFM (Integrated Workplace Management System) is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred Experience & Type: Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are advantageous.
