Position: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Bhopal, Madhya PradeshExperience: Up to 4 yearsJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis to develop strategies for business growth.Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of our products or services and addressing their specific needs.Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives, including setting sales goals and action plans to penetrate new markets.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services, and relay this information to the appropriate teams for action.Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the software industry and understanding of software products/services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Must be located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, or willing to relocate.
