As a Regional COO, you will be the backbone of our Westchester County operation, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations across all our franchise locations in the region. Reporting directly to our ownership group, you will have the freedom and autonomy to craft strategic initiatives, drive revenue, and foster a culture that embodies our core values - integrity, compassion, trust, and fun!Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and making high-level decisions for all our Westchester County franchises
- Establishing business policies and performance metrics that align with our company's mission and vision
- Collaborating with, managing, and training our fantastic managers to ensure their personal growth and the growth of their individual schools
- Building and implementing best practices that will enhance operational efficiency and ensure business objectives are met
- Representing our brand in the region and fostering positive relationships with our stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university. MBA Preferred.
- Significant experience in management and overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prior experience in an educational setting or working with children is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Education: Bachelor's (Required)
