- Assist in the preparation, collection, scanning and return of seized documentary evidence.
- Exercise quality control over accuracy of scanned documents and ensure that a computer record has been established for each file.
- Prepare and review outgoing materials to ensure that they meet the requirements of the government.
- Provide additional administrative assistance as required.
- Process, compose, and review information through a variety of letters, reports, and other correspondence before submitting the documents to the client
- Perform routine administrative duties such as filing and maintaining (paper/electronic) archival records, logbooks, charts and display boards; duplicating, shredding and filing correspondence; answers and responds to telephone inquiries; prepare investigative, budget/statistical reports with input and assistance from others
