The new clients' experience will be quick and easy because of the planning management and continual process improvement this individual drives. The Advisory segment is high visibility high growth for Apex and this individual's contributions are critical to the success of the division.Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead the onboarding process for advisory firms, educating and answering their questions, communicating timelines, identifying blockers and escalating with stakeholders when necessary, resulting in quick resolution and absence of ambiguity.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales, relationship management, service and the internal onboarding teams so that all stakeholders are aware where new clients are in their onboarding journey.Guide and support clients through the onboarding process utilizing knowledge of advisor firms’ expectations for onboarding with new custodians creating trust and confidence with Apex.Liaise with key platform partners (Orion, Advyzon, Docupace, AdvisorArch, etc) on shared onboarding processes eliminating risk and delays for firms as they onboard.Coordinate with the Apex onboarding team, and platform partners’ teams, to ensure technical setup is flawless.Develop and maintain an "at-a-glance" dashboard to provide the Advisory and Onboarding leadership teams with up-to-date information on the onboarding journey of every client.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field8+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the fintech or financial services industryExperience managing complex projects involving multiple technology vendorsRequired Skills/AbilitiesDeep knowledge of advisory firms onboarding expectations with new custodians and a proven track record of successful advisory firm transitionsExcellent project management, organizational and communication skills – attention to detail is a mustStrong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and internal teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsTechnical acumen and ability to quickly learn new technologiesWork EnvironmentThis role operates in an office environment.Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
