Requirements:·Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.·Minimum 2 years of working experience in human resource functions.·Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and Labor Law.·Able to work within tight deadline, multi-task and fast pace working environment.·Good personality, maintain confidentiality and able to work independently and as a team.·Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred. Scopes:·Able to motivate employees and build relationships with employees at all levels·Maintaining database, Recruitment Reports.·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills·In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and various interviewing methods·Experience organizing employee engagement and conducive workplace environment·Manage the recruitment activities that include job posting, screening and interview scheduling and source for various recruitment channels.·Provide employee services that include staff on boarding, staff exit clearance, staff performance appraisal, HR documentation and HR process.·Others related duties within your scope that are assigned by your immediate superior.
