- Execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Social Nature's B2C audience in targeted geographic regions and around key retailers like Whole Foods and Sprouts in the USA
- Test and scale additional growth marketing tactics, as we invest in new channels to drive growth
- Collaborate with the campaign operations and product team to optimize user funnels, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Measure, analyze, learn, and iterate on campaign tactics, using data to assess success metrics, goal attainment, ROI, and areas for improvement
- Execute plans for our social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
- Develop a strong reporting discipline to ensure we are tracking the most important KPIs
- Use data-driven insights to inform our strategy and continuously improve our community experience
- Develop integrated campaigns, spearhead brief writing, review and sign-off on all creative assets used in B2C marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with paid ad agencies and growth partners to manage budgets, measure performance, and optimize new user acquisition results
- 5+ years experience in B2C audience growth and retention using digital marketing channels
- Post secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Been accountable to and successful in owning the B2C audience growth for a fast growing online community, e-commerce website or double sided-marketplace
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid, affiliate, influencer, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Strong analytical skills to determine campaign success and market performance
- Able to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bonus points if have experience in the CPG industry
