Job Title: M365 SharePoint Online DeveloperPosition Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 SharePoint Online Developer to join our team. The SharePoint Online Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, a solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, and experience with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) technologies.Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Develop custom web parts, apps, and solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and applications, such as Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Yammer.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions and specifications.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, site collections, permissions, and content types.
  • Perform SharePoint Online administration tasks, including user management, site provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for SharePoint Online development and administration.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve SharePoint Online solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a focus on SharePoint Online.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint Online development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services and applications, including Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Yammer.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration tasks such as site provisioning, user management, and permissions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online governance and information architecture.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online development best practices and patterns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development.
