- Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding country manifest.
- Ensure smooth execution of the whole manifest processes (Full & empty container flow) handling customer’s concerns and requests.
- Follow-up all the data related to import and export cargo.
- Provide assistance in formals processes before Customs regarding manifest.
- Follow-up processes related to fines.
- Be good at investigating customer's requirements, recognize opportunities, give product solution proposal that suits the customer and
- Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction, own and manage customer facing activities like telephone calls, mail correspondence and
- Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions regarding Manifest related.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.
- Proactively notify customers and review all the document related of each BL relevant manifest submission.
- Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledges and best practices.
- Bachelor level.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant customer serving experience.
- Previous experience in shipping/logistics is highly preferred.
- An excellent team player.
- Able to work under pressure keeping quality in focus.
