Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding country manifest.
Ensure smooth execution of the whole manifest processes (Full & empty container flow) handling customer’s concerns and requests.
Follow-up all the data related to import and export cargo.
Provide assistance in formals processes before Customs regarding manifest.
Follow-up processes related to fines.
Be good at investigating customer's requirements, recognize opportunities, give product solution proposal that suits the customer and

your own organization.

Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction, own and manage customer facing activities like telephone calls, mail correspondence and

other digital platforms.

Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions regarding Manifest related.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.
Proactively notify customers and review all the document related of each BL relevant manifest submission.
Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledges and best practices.

RequisitosWho we are looking for?

Bachelor level.
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant customer serving experience.
Previous experience in shipping/logistics is highly preferred.
An excellent team player.
Able to work under pressure keeping quality in focus.
Good Process understanding & digital proficiency
Energetic, Well-organized, and Self-Initiated
Analytical ability to estimate and solve complex logistical challenges.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Stakeholder management-, interpersonal-, and communication-skills
Strong execution mindset
Strong Cost conscious and optimization mindset
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral)
