- Category vison: Develop a compelling vision for each category, aligned with organizational goals and customer needs, to guide strategic initiatives and drive long-term growth.
- Category segmentation: Conduct thorough segmentation analysis to identify key customer segments and tailor category strategies accordingly to maximize relevance and engagement.
- Category analysis (environment): Perform in-depth analysis of channel-specific dynamics and trends to inform category strategies and optimize performance across various sales channels.
- Category growth strategies: Develop comprehensive growth strategies for each category to capitalize on market opportunities and drive sales.
- Analyze the the Out-of-Home (OOH) market landscape, maintain QSR/MEU database and update scorecards - with input from the sales team on their customers.
- Perform activations/promotional recommendations, menu price & sell-in price analyses, ethnographies.
- Provide tools to National Key Account (NKA) to analyze their customers.
- Supply generates market and category insights to enrich conversations.
- Perform deep analyses on selected customers to uncover business potentials (incl. numerical distribution analysis per product)
- Develop concepts and activities to capitalize on identified joint opportunities
- Take an active role in customer meetings - penetrate the customer org. beyond purchasing
- Design and set up plans of implementation between central and local level
- Define resources needed (e.g., Marketing, NKA) to mobilize project success
- Activate project for selected top customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in Food Service category management, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience in team leadership, with a focus on coaching and development
- Strategic thinking with a focus on driving business results
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
