• Manage software development projects: Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications.
• Mandatory experience leading projects implementing various data and digital projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Work closely with business, vendors, software developers, testers, and project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure software applications are developed and integrated to required quality standards, implementing quality control processes, and resolving defects identified during testing.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and keep them informed of project progress.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong technical knowledge of software development and integration processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Project Management certification.
• Experience with project management tool JIRA.
• Knowledge of Change & Incident Management process.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
