- Maintain and optimize our customer and lead databases to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email and WhatsApp marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- 3- 8 years of experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp business tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
