This individual will be working closely with the development team, including project managers and the field construction team to manage, process, review, and track financials for multiple projects.
  • Prepare and review monthly bank requisitions and coordinate with internal construction team and lenders
  • Process funding requests and draw requests
  • Ensure complete and timely loan draws are prepared
  • Prepare monthly audits of project tracking costs
  • Perform investor relation funtions including monthly project construction updates, financial updates, review of project financial statements and tax returns.

  • 3+ years of experience as a staff accountant
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
  • PRior experience working in public accounting
  • PRior experience working in accounting for a real estate developer
  • Experience with creating financial statements
