Send your responses toOverviewThe Deliverables for the UX/UI Designer/Specialist role include, but are not limited to the following:Independently tackle ambiguous problems from start to finish using robust design processesCollaborate closely with other designers, scrum teams, architects, UX researchers and business stakeholdersUnderstand requirements and technical limitationsProvide creative and holistic thinking across mobile, web and other devicesUnderstand user needs and transform research insights into design solutionsContribute to the information architecture, interaction models and UX patterns in an evolving productCreate wireframes, storyboards, flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups using existing visual language & stylesPresent design recommendations backed with solid design rationalesShare designs regularly to get feedback in critiques and reviewsFacilitate cross team ideation & workshoppingProduce high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes.Skills & ExperienceTo be considered for this role you will have at least 1 year of commercial experience as a UI/UX designer.

Experience with Adobe XD or equivalent tools

Experience conducting testing of prototypes with users and capturing insights and feedback

Experience with Microsoft Fluent Design System and Fluent UI will be highly regarded

Solid understanding of inclusive design principles and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines, including AA Compliance

Experience designing information architectures and arranging functionality and content into logical and intuitive structures

Experience with Agile software development and project delivery

An online portfolio showcasing the breadth of your skills

Qualifications (mandatory and/or desirable)

Tertiary qualifications in Design, Interaction Design, Human Centred Design or similar
